Today we had a great day! We switched classes, we got our first two compliments, learned about nouns, proofreading, and created "ME" maps!
Assignments due tomorrow:
Facebook page--grades 4-6
Grade 5--Nouns Worksheet 1-2
"ME" maps due on Friday.
Please bring back information from folder that was on your desk from open house or the first day of school.
I have a wonderful class! I can't wait for another great day of learning tomorrow!

How often do you blog? It's the 18th & I have nothing but the 1st day of school.
Tonya, thank you for commenting! Since we have started using the assignment notebooks on a daily basis, I plan to use the blog to report on what we are doing in the classroom. Right now I am waiting for a note to sent home to allow for students' pictures to be posted on my blog. That will probably be sent home this Friday. My goal is to blog an average of once a week. Sometimes it will be more and sometimes less, depending on how the week is going.
